Enquiries submitted through this website are forwarded securely, server-side, into the Damianos Business Assistant — our internal operations system used to manage sourcing, orders, shipping and customer records. Your data is not exposed to the public internet in transit: forms are transmitted over HTTPS and forwarded using a server-only secret that is never shared with your browser.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except where it is strictly necessary to complete an export you have instructed — for example, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs or clearance agents who must receive delivery and documentation details to move your vehicle. Such parties act under their own obligations and only receive the information required for that purpose.

• Enquiry data (where no contract follows): retained for up to 2 years from your last contact, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
• Customer and transaction records: retained for 7 years in line with HMRC and Companies House requirements, after which they are securely deleted.
