1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of damianosauto.com and any services provided by Damianos Auto Exports Ltd. By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or instructing us to source or export a vehicle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this site or our services.

2. Definitions

• “Company”, “we”, “us” — Damianos Auto Exports Ltd (company no. 11569134), registered at 140 Carterhatch Lane, EN1 4LB, Greater London, United Kingdom.
• “Customer”, “you” — any person or entity using this website or engaging our services.
• “Vehicle” — any motor vehicle we source, prepare, document or ship on your instruction.
• “Sourcing” — locating and acquiring a vehicle from a third-party UK auction or dealer on your behalf.
• “Export” — the preparation, documentation, shipping and delivery coordination of a vehicle to a destination outside the UK.

3. Description of Services

Damianos provides vehicle sourcing, export documentation and shipping coordination. We are not a dealership selling our own stock: vehicles are sourced from third-party auctions and dealers on your specific instruction, and we act as a facilitator between you and those third parties. Listings shown on this website are indicative of the type of vehicles we source and may not represent vehicles we own.

4. Quotations

All quotations and indicative prices are subject to vehicle availability at the point of purchase and to confirmation in writing. Prices, duties, taxes and shipping costs are indicative only until we issue a written confirmation, and may change due to currency movement, auction outcomes, freight rates or changes in destination-country charges.

5. Payments

• A deposit is required to instruct us to secure a vehicle. Once a vehicle has been secured on your behalf, the deposit is non-refundable, as it commits funds to a third-party purchase.
• The balance is payable on the terms stated in your written confirmation, prior to shipping or release.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, amounts are quoted and payable in pounds sterling (GBP); conversions to other currencies are indicative.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge at any time before your deposit has been committed to sourcing a specific vehicle. Once we have acted on your instruction and committed funds to acquire a vehicle, cancellation is subject to the non-refundable deposit and any third-party costs already incurred.

7. Vehicle Condition

Vehicles are sourced and supplied as-seen from the source auction or dealer. Damianos acts as a facilitator and does not manufacture or warrant the vehicles beyond passing on any warranty or condition information provided by the source. We will report condition information honestly and to the best of the information available to us, but you accept that used vehicles are bought on an as-seen basis.

8. Shipping & Risk

Risk in a vehicle passes to you on collection or at the point specified in your written confirmation. While we coordinate shipping with reputable carriers, the carriage itself is performed by third-party shipping lines under their own terms. We recommend marine/transit insurance for every shipment and can arrange or advise on cover where requested.

9. Customs & Import Duty

Import duties, taxes, registration fees and compliance requirements in the destination country are the Customer’s responsibility. Any landed-cost figures, calculators or estimates we provide are indicative only and must be confirmed with the destination country’s customs authority before you rely on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any transaction is limited to the contract value of that specific transaction. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for losses arising from third-party carriers, auctions, or customs authorities.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Damianos Auto Exports Ltd against any losses, claims, costs or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of this website or our services.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Variation

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The effective date is shown at the top of this page, and your continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
